The Company's head office was located in Calgary, Alberta.

On April 20, 2009, a Statement of Claim was filed by Parlee McLaws LLP, Barristers and Solicitors, on behalf of Servus Credit Union, against Conquest Fabricating Inc. (the "Debtor Company") pursuant to collateral mortgage security and a general security agreement dated the 19th day of December, 2007. The Debtor Company, based in Bow Island, Alberta, provides metal fabrication and welding services in agricultural and other sectors.

On July 4th, 2007, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Interim Receiver of Maverick Brewing Corporation (Maverick), pursuant to an order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. Maverick operated as a micro-brewery in the downtown Edmonton
area.

On April 30, 2010, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Receiver of the undertaking, property and assets (the “Assets”) of Meikle Group Inc. (“Meikle Group”) and Meikle Automation Inc. (collectively referred to as “Meikle Ontario”) pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
