On December 14, 2011, 1196028 Alberta Ltd. o/a Winmar Medicine Hat (“Winmar”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and MNP Ltd. was appointed Trustee by the Official Receiver. Winmar operated a restoration company in the City of Medicine Hat, Alberta.
