910139 Alberta Ltd.

Effective June 20, 2011, MNP Ltd. was appointed as liquidator (the “Liquidator”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of 910139 Alberta Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to an order (the “Liquidation Order”) granted by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”); however the order was not filed until July 22, 2011.

To be entitled to a distribution, all creditors having a claim against the Company, whether liquidated, unliquidated, future or otherwise, and all shareholders of the Company must lodge with the Liquidator a form of Proof of Claim which should be filed with the Liquidator no later than October 14, 2011.
