AC Ltd.

On the 4th day of December, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Receiver and Manager of AC Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary, following an application by Milne Pritchard Law Office on behalf of 1st Choice Savings and Credit Union Ltd. The Order encompasses all of the present and future property and undertaking of every nature and kind whatsoever of the Company, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof. The Company, based in Aldersyde, Alberta, is an excavation and heavy equipment company that also provides project management and site development services for various commercial, residential and excavation projects in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba.
