Alberta Permit Pro Inc.

On March 30, 2010, Alberta Permit Pro Inc. ("Permit Pro") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed was appointed as Trustee. Permit Pro issues and reviews inspection permits within the building, electrical, fire, gas and plumbing disciplines. Permit Pro filed a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy on April 13, 2011.

On April 27, 2011, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was substituted as Trustee in Bankruptcy by KPMG.
