On November 9, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed the Receiver and Manager of ANR Foods Incorporated ("ANR") pursuant to a Court Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. ANR was a distributor of rice and grain products and operated out of Belleville, Ontario.
