Business Edge Inc. ("Business Edge" or the "Company") made an assignment in bankruptcy effective September 28, 2009 and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Trustee of the Estate.

Established in 2000, Business Edge was a bi-monthly business news publication with distribution in Ontario, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. The Company's head office was located in Calgary, Alberta.
