Club at Tower Ranch

On September 28, 2011, The Supreme Court of British Columbia appointed MNP Ltd. as Receiver of the assets, properties and undertakings of 0754491 B.C. Ltd. and 0759469 B.C. Ltd., collectively operating as The Club at Tower Ranch.

In our capacity as Receiver, we are currently soliciting offers to purchase the assets and undertakings pertaining to the golf course property located in Kelowna, BC. For additional information pertaining to this business opportunity, please refer to the Information Summary document attached below.

Update

At a Court application heard on March 7, 2012, the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved a sale of substantially all of the assets. A copy of the Order granted on March 7, 2012 is attached below.
