On November 19, 2008, MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver Manager, and as Trustee under the Builders Lien Act, of Guild Developments Inc. and 702348 Alberta Ltd. ("Guild") pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
Guild is the developer of a commercial complex currently under construction, comprised of four separate four story buildings located at 51st Avenue and 94 Street in Edmonton, Alberta.
