On October 5, 2009 Janus Projects (2003) Ltd. ("Janus") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as Trustee. Janus' core line of business involves welding and fabricating for projects associated mostly with the oil and gas industry and is located in Edmonton, Alberta. On November 6, 2009 Janus was deemed to have filed an assignment into bankruptcy.
