Meikle Group Inc. and Meikle Automation Inc.

On April 30, 2010, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Receiver of the undertaking, property and assets (the “Assets”) of Meikle Group Inc. (“Meikle Group”) and Meikle Automation Inc. (collectively referred to as “Meikle Ontario”) pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The Receiver’s appointment and duties were limited to effect the sale of certain Assets and other statutory duties required under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”). Meikle Group and its subsidiaries operated in Canada, USA and Mexico and was a manufacturer of automated machinery for the automotive, medical and solar industries. Meikle Ontario's head office was located in Kitchener, Ontario.
