Mersey Holdings Ltd. and Demers Metalfab Inc.

On March 25, 2010, Demers Metalfab Inc. (“Demers”) and Mersey Holdings Ltd. (“Mersey”) made assignments in bankruptcy and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as Trustee of the bankrupt Estates.

Demers, a solely owned subsidiary of Mersey, was a CSA approved custom metal fabrication shop specializing in designing and building electrical and instrumentation enclosures for industrial and commercial use.

On April 13, 2010, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as Receiver (the "Receiver") of Demers.
