Talsma's Welding Ltd.

On March 17, 2009, MNP Ltd. (formerly Meyers Norris Penny Limited) was appointed as Interim Receiver of Talsma's Welding Ltd. ("Talsma's" or the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the "Court").

Pursuant to an Order of the Court granted on May 26, 2009, the appointment of the Interim Receiver was expanded such that MNP Ltd. (formerly Meyers Norris Penny Limited) was appointed as Receiver of the Company.

On May 29, 2009, the Company made an assignment in bankruptcy and MNP Ltd. (formerly Meyers Norris Penny Limited) was appointed as Trustee.
