On June 14, 2022, on a motion made by Italpasta Limited, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Commercial List ordered, inter alia , the appointment of MNP Ltd. as Licensed Insolvency Trustee of Bramalea Inc. to section 41(11) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act .

9354-8469 Québec Inc. (Couvre-Toit Mirabel) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on June 8, 2022 and MNP Ltd. was named as Trustee to the file.

On June 17, 2022, MNP Ltd. became receiver of the property of Oilstream Corp.

On February 4, 2022, Vertex Downhole Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal. Grant Thornton was named Trustee in the Proceedings. On March 4, 2022 an extension of time of 45 days was granted and MNP Ltd. was substituted to act as Trustee under the Proposal. As a result of the court not extending Vertex's stay of proceedings, the company is now deemed bankrupt as of July 14 , 2022.
