On November 28, 2016, LR Processing Partnership and LR Processing Ltd. (the companies) were petitioned into Bankruptcy with an effective date of May 9, 2016. The companies have ceased to operate. Update: Bankruptcy Order appealed on November 30, 2016, therefore bankruptcy proceedings are stayed at this time.

On July 12, 2021, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta granted an Order terminating the stay of proceedings for 7198362, which was subsequently deemed to be bankrupt.
