On October 27, 2020 MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver of Copper Sands Land Corp. (“Copper Sands”) in accordance with a Court of Queen’s Bench of Saskatchewan Order. Copper Sands operates a mobile home park near Regina, SK.

On March 24, 2022 MNP Ltd. was appointed Receiver of 1692260 Alberta Ltd. and Birkill Holdings Ltd. (“Birkill”) in accordance with a Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta Order. Birkill owned and operated multi-family residential rental properties, a gas station and a vacation rental property in the areas of Lac La Biche, Grasslands and Wandering River, Alberta.
